Therefore, we have to together give more speed to the development of Bihar. We have to take a pledge that we will build a new Bihar, once again NDA government. PM Modi said- Maoism is on its last legs
PM Narendra Modi said that today Maoism is on its last legs. Our resolve is that we will make India completely free from Naxalism. Friends, this is a new India. India moves heaven and earth to punish its enemies. It was from this land of Bihar that I had announced Operation Sindoor. The whole world saw India’s potential. Now we will connect Bihar to the markets of the world. Our aim is to double the income of farmers. PM said that friends, neither do we stop at slogans nor do we limit ourselves to promises. We are doing extra work for the backward and extremely backward. For decades, the previous governments in our country had left more than 110 districts calling them backward. We named these districts as aspiring districts and gave priority to development for them.
The number of Lakhpati Didi is constantly increasing in Bihar
PM Modi said that the number of Lakhpati Didi is constantly increasing in the country and in Bihar. So far, 1.5 crore sisters have become Lakhpatis in the entire country. Today, a community investment fund of Rs 400 crore has also been released here. The Jeevika Didi Yojana launched by CM Nitish Kumar is being praised a lot. When Bihar progresses, the country will progress. Our resolution is a prosperous Bihar and employment to every youth. CM Nitish Kumar made a big announcement regarding employment and jobs for the youth of Bihar. PM Modi said that the person who gets a job for the first time in a private company will be given Rs 15,000. This scheme is being implemented from August. Bihar will also benefit from this. PM Modi also talked about the Mudra Yojana. He said that many people have got loans through this scheme.
Today Bihar is developing rapidly
PM Modi said that the youth of Bihar have shattered the pride of RJD and Congress. He said that today Bihar is developing rapidly. You know how many poor people had concrete houses during the rule of RJD and Congress. People were afraid of getting their houses painted. They were afraid that the house owner might get kidnapped after seeing the painting. Today we saw that lakhs of mothers and sisters are blessing us. Remember that even if you earned 10 rupees, you had to hide it. Modi asked the banks that how can you not open the doors for the poor. After this, we got Jan Dhan accounts opened. More than three and a half crore Jan Dhan accounts were opened in Bihar too.
Eastern states are progressing in India
PM Modi said that just like the countries of the east are progressing in the world, similarly the eastern states of India are progressing. I would like to say clearly that one day people of Motihari like Mumbai, Patna like Pune, Gaya like Gurugram should grow and develop. PM Modi said that there is a government working for Bihar in the center and state. I will give you a figure that when there was a Congress and RJD government in the center, Bihar got only two lakh crore rupees in 10 years. That means these people were taking revenge from Nitish Kumar and the people of Bihar in 10 years. When our government was formed in 2014, we ended that revenge-taking system. NDA government gave many times more money to Bihar than Congress and RJD. This money is being used for development projects. PM Modi said that friends, it is important for the youth here to know how Bihar was immersed in darkness?
